Connecting knowledge so organizations can scale

Implementation Templates

When it comes to our network, our partners in community forestry have seen it all. That’s why we’ve teamed up with organizations doing great work in their neighborhoods to develop implementation templates. These guides connect deep organizational knowledge with other groups looking to scale in similar areas.

What are Implementation Templates?

Implementation templates are free educational roadmaps to help grow capabilities in specific areas of community forestry. They are deep dives into relevant topics with roadmaps to apply learnings to goals.

Download and use implementation templates on their own or opt in to receive coaching from a subject matter expert. Coaches know this work first-hand and collaborate with you to scale aspects of your organization in a way that makes sense for you.

Coming Soon

We’ll add new templates on subjects like urban forestry mapping, urban heat management, capacity building, and more. Check back here for updates.

Coaching

If your organization would benefit from personal coaching, we can connect you with a subject matter expert. Coaches can walk you through costs associated with the work you want to accomplish, help you anticipate challenges, and provide a cost estimate for their coaching services.

To get started, we’ll set up an initial consultation. This conversation is especially helpful if you are preparing a grant budget for funds to support this work and training.

Share your details below and we’ll help you get in touch.

FAQs

No, implementation templates are free to download and use. It’s our goal to equip any community organization seeking to scale up their impact in community forestry with introductory knowledge.

These costs will vary depending on the subject area, the length of engagement, and the organization providing the coaching. Each coach can share a quote with you after an initial consultation. You can start this process by filling out the interest form above.

You may pay the organization providing coaching out of existing organizational funds or seek funding to pay for coaching. If you are applying for a grant, you can incorporate funds for coaching into your grant budget.

The coaching model depends on the subject area, the length of engagement, and the organization providing the coaching. You may receive one-on-one consulting and/or be part of a cohort of other people leading similar work in their communities. The coach will tailor their support to your needs during the engagement.
